Help SaveRNSH – The CSB

The Clinical Services Building was built because the original hospital redevelopment was inadequate, with too few beds and inadequate provision for essential services. The only reason it COULD be built was because the original decision to sell 30% of the campus was reversed. The CSB was built on land that was originally planned to be sold. NSW Health does not seem to have learnt from this mistake, and is planning to divest some of our most valueable land. Land that is within 50 meters of the rail link, and thus immediately accessible to patients travelling to the campus from throughout the state. There is no shortage of office space in Sydney, there is a shortage of land that provides such excellent access to tertiary referral services for patients. (See Facebook comments)
